About Us

Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers. Yes, we go camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling, cycling and canoeing. But we also get to hang out with our friends every week – having fun, playing games, working in a team and taking on new challenges.

Everyone’s welcome here. All genders, races and backgrounds. Regardless of your physical ability – there’s a Scout adventure out there waiting for you. And we’ll help you find it.

Within 37th Kingswood Scouts we offer over 100 young people in our group the opportunities to gain #skillsforlife on a weekly basis, supported by over 30 fantastic adult volunteers.

The 37th Kingswood is one of the largest groups in the Scout District of Kingswood catering primarily for the young people of Soundwell and the surrounding areas.

We currently have:

• 2 Beaver Colonies (Monday & Wednesday) for Ages 6 – 8
• 2 Cub Packs (Monday & Thursday) for Ages 8 – 10.5)
• 2 Scout Troops (Monday & Thursday) for Ages 10.5 – 14
• 1 Linked Explorer Unit (Monday) for Ages 14 – 17
